The "Lid Vase Rich Flower Painting", hand-painted and limited, shows expressive craftsmanship. Hand-painted with filigree floral painting in cobalt blue, it pays tribute to the more than thousand-year journey of cobalt blue on clay, ceramics and porcelain through cultures from Asia to Europe. With the invention of European porcelain at the beginning of the 18th century and the longed-for discovery of the cobalt blue color, the triumphal march of MEISSEN® porcelain around the world took its course.
