Unique Object Vase Goldrush I

The modern lidded vase "Goldrush I" was created as part of the exclusive Artcampus program of the MEISSEN porcelain manufactory. The vase was hand-painted by the renowned Swiss artist Michaël Lucerne. As the first Swiss artist to be invited to this special artistic program, Lucerne created a fascinating series of extraordinary porcelain objects.

The name "Goldrush" evokes the golden age of discovery and the search for the precious - a theme that is powerfully reflected in Lucerne's design. With his characteristic signature - lively, expressive and yet precise - he lends the porcelain a profound expressiveness.
