On the "Lid Vase Far Eastern Landscape Painting", limited edition, a garden landscape is hand-painted in cobalt blue underglaze painting. An excellent work of art. Artfully composed, the plants draw the eye to a chinoiserie that dates back to the legendary porcelain painter Johann Gregorius Höroldt. Combined with Indian floral motifs, the drawings, hand-painted, adorn the vase. The high artistry of this painting consists in the composition of delicately gradient color areas and dark contouring. Limited to 25 pieces.
