Monkey Musician Conductor

The "Monkey Musicians" by Peter Strang are a series of collectible figures and a new interpretation of Kaendler's famous "Monkey Band". The former MEISSEN chief sculptor Strang does without model molds when building his monkeys, so that even the 12.5 cm high figure "Monkey Musician Conductor" is built freehand. In addition, he does without the great variety of colors and patterns of the famous role model: the figure is only hand-painted with the three basic colors, so that a coherent overall image of the orchestra is guaranteed. With meticulous craftsmanship and great dedication, Strang devoted himself to the design of his monkeys. The adorable, hand-painted collectible figures are a tribute to the craftsmanship of MEISSEN.
