N°41 Paradise Birds Sky Service Plate

With "Paradise Birds", the sleek, purist "N° 41" service serves as the canvas for two brand new designs - an artistic conversation between historic bird illustrations set against a pastel background, and graphically adapted "Royal Blossom" flowers that adorn the lips of the plates. The design pays homage to the traditional genre of bird painting on porcelain - one of the most successful genres from more than 300 years of manufactory history. The bird illustrations, like the one used on this service plate, were chosen from the manufactory's design archive and were applied in an elaborate technical process. All "Paradise Birds" pieces can be paired with other décor variants of the "N° 41" series as well as pieces from other Meissen collections. All "Paradise Birds" pieces are dishwasher-safe.
