As part of one of the most magnificent dinner services from the Meissen manufactory, this serving platter is hand-painted and therefore a piece of tableware that has been crafted with the utmost care. The detailed serving platter is a wonderful example of the elegant and durable tableware of the Baroque period. As part of the famous dinner service, it is also adorned with the eponymous floating swan couple, for which Johann Joachim Kaendler was inspired by drawings and copperplate engravings from Dresden. This piece of craftsmanship is a very special artifact, made from high-quality materials, hand-painted and made to last a lifetime.
