MEISSEN Rose Candlestick

This candlestick is a magnificent piece of jewelry, hand-painted with the famous Meissen rose and was first designed in 1745 by Johann Joachim Kaendler. As an eye-catcher, the candlestick complements any decorative table, the rose as a decoration blossomed for the first time in the Biedermeier period on Meissen porcelain and has since adorned numerous porcelain. The candlestick is made according to Meissen tradition, hand-painted and decorated with golden rim, it is excellent decoration and work of art in one.
