N°41 Paradise Birds Jade Service Plate

The service plate N°41 "Paradise Birds Jade" shows historical bird illustrations on a pastel-coloured ground on a diameter of 33 cm. Graphically adapted snowball blossoms are on the plate flag. With "Paradise Birds", MEISSEN continues the tradition-rich genre of bird painting, one of the most successful design motifs from over 300 years of factory history. The bird depictions, as here on the service plate, come from the rich decor archive of the Manufacture. In an elaborate technical decoration process, service plates and bread plates are refined with these decorations. All parts of the "Paradise Birds" series are suitable for dishwashers and can be perfectly combined with other design variants of the "N°41" shape as well as with parts of other service forms.
