Antemann's designer sculpture "Ambrosia" is one of her stunning artworks from the "Antemann Dreams Collection". The figure depicts a scene on a love boat, inspired by the fantastic Swan Service and reinterpreted in Antemann's passionate style. The lovers balance precariously on the boards of the small boat, which dances over decorative rococo waves. The sculpture's title, "Ambrosia," comes from a drink said to have an aphrodisiac effect. Antemann's designer artwork is inspired by the baroque roots of the MEISSEN® porcelain manufactory and plays with the social norms of the time in a humorous way. The figure is at the same time a tribute to the master modeller Johann Joachim Kaendler.
